1. About the service

Taggy is a service created by TM Studio — Mattia Timperio, Italian tax code TMPMTT99P20G482I. The service combines an NFC tag with a digital pet identification system.

2. How it works

Taggy makes it easier to access information chosen by the owner when a compatible smartphone is held near the tag. It is not a GPS system and does not guarantee that a pet will be found. NFC availability also depends on the device used and its settings.

3. User-provided content

Users are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and updating of the data, images and contact details in their Taggy profiles and must hold the necessary rights to uploaded content.

4. Prices, promotions and delivery

Prices, free delivery thresholds and promotions are those shown on the website when the order is placed. The NFC tag with a website costs €25; with a static PDF, it costs €10. Delivery costs €5 and is free when the product total after discounts is over €29. We dispatch in 5–10 days to allow time to print the tag, programme the NFC chip and build the website or prepare the chosen PDF. Production of bank-transfer orders begins once payment has been verified. Final terms of sale, including payment, delivery, withdrawal, warranty and returns, will be published before checkout with real payments is activated.

5. Intellectual property

The brand, graphics, text, software and original materials of the Taggy project are protected by applicable laws and may not be reproduced or used without authorisation, except as permitted by law.
