1. About the service
Taggy is a service created by TM Studio — Mattia Timperio, Italian tax code TMPMTT99P20G482I. The service combines an NFC tag with a digital pet identification system.

2. How it works
Taggy makes it easier to access information chosen by the owner when a compatible smartphone is held near the tag. It is not a GPS system and does not guarantee that a pet will be found. NFC availability also depends on the device used and its settings.
3. User-provided content
Users are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and updating of the data, images and contact details in their Taggy profiles and must hold the necessary rights to uploaded content.
4. Prices, promotions and delivery
Prices and promotions are those shown on the website when the order is placed. The NFC tag with an updatable website is on offer for €19.90 instead of €25.00. Shipping is fixed per order: Italy €5.00; other European destinations enabled at checkout €9.99. There are no free-shipping thresholds and the rate does not vary with quantity or subtotal. The final total is shown before payment.
Service launch phase. TaggyPet is a recently launched project and its logistics system is being progressively organised. Our aim is to offer reliable delivery options, suitable packaging, tracking where available and delivery times kept as short as reasonably possible. The carrier, service used and actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, transport-service availability, peak periods and circumstances outside TaggyPet's direct control.
Each Taggy is personalised and prepared to order. The time needed to print the tag, programme the NFC chip and prepare the website is separate from the carrier's transit time. Any timing stated on the website or by support is therefore indicative and does not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless expressly agreed in writing.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete address and contact details. Delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information, recipient absence, force majeure events, customs controls or carrier disruptions cannot be attributed to TaggyPet, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
For orders paid by bank transfer, production begins after payment has been verified. This information will be updated as TaggyPet's logistics service and commercial operations develop.
5. Intellectual property
The brand, graphics, text, software and original materials of the Taggy project are protected by applicable laws and may not be reproduced or used without authorisation, except as permitted by law.

The website may contain links to external services. TM Studio does not control the content or availability of third-party websites and encourages users to read their respective terms and privacy information.
